Ivanhoe Wines

Set atop the crest of one of Brokenback's undulating hills, Ivanhoe is one of the most photographed vineyards in the Hunter Valley. Established in 1996, Ivanhoe Wines specialises in producing premium wines with distinctly Hunter characteristics. Stephen Drayton, a fifth generation winemaker and his wife Tracey, have re-focussed attention on this estate for the first time since the 70's when it was a source of fruit for several famous Hunter Valley red wines.

Today, the magic is back. The cellar door is modelled on the original homestead that burnt down many years ago and hundreds of people each week enjoy it's charm and picturesque setting.
